Downstairs:

A fully equipped kitchen with gas AGA, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave and iron and ironing board.Traditional oak table comfortably seats six. Lounge with two sofas and a window seat, TV with freeview and DVD and a gas fire. The front door leads out onto the patio. Sitting room with two armchairs and Radio/CD with iPod dock. The back door opens on to the street at the rear of the cottage.  

Stairs lead from this room to the first floor.  

Upstairs: Three bedrooms, two doubles with 4’6" beds and one twin with 3’ beds. Each room with en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a hairdryer in each room.  

Outside: a small patio area with flower beds and a picnic bench.

Other amenities: include gas central heating and free wi-fi.

There is a no smoking policy at the cottage and with regret pets are not allowed

Preferred changeover day is Friday, but any day will considered subject to availability  

The property does not have Wheelchair Access and because period features have been retained, access to certain areas can be difficult. Accordingly, it is not considered suitable for elderly or disabled persons.
