Prices and Facilities

Bed & Breakfast prices are per person per night for bed and breakfast based on two people sharing and are inclusive of service and VAT.

 

Where no single rooms are available, single occupancy rates may be shown, you may sometimes be asked to pay a single supplement rate as some properties have only double/twin rooms.  Please check prices and facilities when booking. 

 

Self catering prices shown are usually per unit for weekly bookings. Short breaks are often available  For further details please check with the relevant establishment.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

When you book accommodation on the telephone, in writing or by email, you are entering into a legally binding contract with the proprietor of thhe establishment.  This means that if you cancel, or fail to take up the accommodation or leave early, the proprietor may be enititled to compensastion, if they are unable to re-let the accommodation for all or most of the period.  If you have paid a deposit it is likely to be forfeited and additional payment may be requested.  We recommend you take out holiday insurance to avoid embarraasment to either party.
